    1. I love brownies, they’re so indulgent! Especially warm, I’m very jealous.🤤🤤

      1. Hihi, actually I do have a couple, but they’re not as great as they are when made fresh 😅.

Yess, and it warms your soul during the cold season 💓.

      1. Chocolate ice cream?! It should be a crime. I can’t join you in that dessert fantasy I’m afraid. Chocolate is the one everyone leaves in the Neapolitan ice cream tub!😂 maybe I haven’t had the right chocolate ice cream, the only one which is acceptable so far is the Ben and Jerry’s chocolate fudge brownie ice cream.🤔
If you like pure chocolate ice cream, that’s a craving I don’t think I’ll ever have😂😂. Lime sherbet, now we’re talking. Zingy and refreshing. Or sorbet 🤤🍧. It just cleanses your palette like no other doesn’t it😋.
At least you’ve ended it on a better note haha!😂😃😋🍧

      2. Lime sherbet is my favourite ice cream 🍨.

We actually have a lot of ice cream manufacturing plants in the Canadian province of Alberta because of our big milk and dairy 🥛 industry. And the ice cream they make especially Bentley Ice Cream 🍦 from the town of Bentley Alberta is really smooth and creamy.

And the chocolate ice cream is really smooth and creamy.

I don’t think I’ve ever had lousy chocolate ice cream in Alberta.

My maternal grandfather who lived in the province of Quebec (that also has a big dairy industry) and who loved milk 🥛 said that the best fresh milk in the country was in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.

And the town of Bentley is somewhat west of Red Deer.

So maybe you’ve never had really good chocolate ice cream.

Maybe we make chocolate ice cream the way it should be made.

And I must say Alberta Cheddar Cheese is the best tasting cheddar cheese I’ve ever tasted (and that includes cheese from Britain and Europe which is imported and available in our stores here).

      3. Sounds delicious, I’ll have to tour Canadian ice cream factories then!
The chocolate ice cream in England tastes of nothing 😂, it tastes the same as vanilla with a hint of brown food colouring. Maybe it’s my taste buds🤔. Canadian ice cream must be ultra fresh and organic by the sounds of it?
Wow you’re giving me the Canadian diary lowdown over here, I didn’t even realise the history before now! If it’s passed multiple generations in your family, I’ve got to try some Canadian ice cream!🤤.
        Is it fairly priced?

Alberta cheddar cheese, I’m living under a rock clearly! Haha I’m not a huge cheese fan, but I do have extra mature cheddar, from cathedral city brand. Next time I pop to the supermarket, I’ll be searching for Alberta now hehe!🍨🤤

    1. Cast iron is the way forward isn’t it! Especially for cookie dough, gooey as you want it while the bottom is caramelised with texture. I need more recipes to make in a skillet!🤤🤍

      1. I bake brownies in cast iron. I found a magazine a couple years ago that was based on cast iron baking and cooking…it looks like cast iron can be used for almost anything…including pies.

    1. Yes, yes and YES! Brownie is a classic winner. With a little extra sea salt flakes sprinkled on top. The vanilla ice cream needs to be fresh, organic Madagascan vanilla as well, doesn’t it? I need to see the pods running through the vanilla or it’s not authentic haha.
I can already tell my local dessert shop is going to know me on first name basis!😂🤤🤤🙊
