Preparing For The Unknown: WWIII?

Missiles, nuclear weapons and extreme loss of life. Should we be preparing for imminent attack?

Ignorance has been blissful for many of us. We’ve witnessed unimaginable, dire, abhorrently chilling scenes from war-torn countries which we cannot ignore nor forget.

Due to the limited impact it’s had first-handedly in our lives, we’ve somewhat distanced and disconnected ourselves from the reality. We’ve acknowledged the accelerated strain financially along with longer waiting lists for schools, healthcare and housing for those most in need. But hey, as long as you’re safe and well, that’s what matters most, right?

When that’s in jeopardy, how do you build your future when the present tense remains at risk? Stakes are rising whilst you’re only an onlooker to the ongoing poker game that gambles not only your life, but your family’s too.

Family in an underground bunker.

Anxiety, plan of action, or block out all the noise until you’re a statistic. Are these coping strategies for our subconscious? Or are they all a means to an end?

I’ve noticed more people locally, inquiring about local bunkers or emergency shelters much to no avail and the fear rising. We perceive it as the unknown, when really – we’d have to be naive to ignore the clear signs.

We’re reminded of the consequences and the shortages that the pandemic had on retail, especially the food supply. Bulk-buying and stockpiling was the main reason why some families were having to go without. You’re reminded of the selfish traits that will worsen dramatically if we were to enter into a world war – instead of coming together, everyone would be out for themselves in an already broken, borderline lawless society.

The lack of military protection leaves the United Kingdom where I reside, extremely exposed to any threat posed by potential enemies.

Take for example, when the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, the British Army had 152,800 soldiers; now credible reports the number has significantly reduced to a pitiful 67,800. New reports claim as many as 100,000 North Korean soldiers could be deployed to fight alongside Russia in the war against Ukraine. The odd’s are not in our favour.

It makes you realise just how materialistic we are as a society; so much meaningless, worthless tat surrounds us whilst we work all of our lives to own a property which may be instantly erased from Earth.

Perspective dawns when the future is in question. We can still have hope whilst continuing to live our lives as usual. Maximising what makes us happy, after all – tomorrow is never promised; even more so in these uncertain times.

What do you think? Are you anxious about the war? Should there be a ceasefire? Are you planning ahead and making preparations? Have you been affected? Comment below!

  1. Why is there a “war” against Ukraine? They did nothing to deserve what putrid Putin has done. I always knew that Russia is evil. If you believe in God and the Bible, then you know that things are going to become far worse before things get better.

  2. Yes, the danger of World War at the moment is greater than at any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962.

Since I incorporate current events and world geopolitics in my online vampire novel, I have often written about it.

As soon as it was announced that senile old fool Joe Biden had given permission to Ukraine to use long range U.S. missiles against Russia, I realized the hands on the Doomsday Clock moved closer to midnight as Putin had said in the past, that any strike by any U.S., British or French long range missiles on Russian territory, he would regard it as an act of war by NATO against Russia.

    1. Precisely, the likelihood increased significantly when Joe Biden gave the go ahead to strike Russia with U.S. weapons; sadly the reality seems inevitable. We indeed need to prepare rather than turn a blind eye. The unknown is now predestined.

      1. The likelihood of world war did increase significantly with Joe Biden’s go ahead to Ukraine 🇺🇦 to strike Russia 🇷🇺 with U.S. missiles.

And Putin responded with an Oreshnik hypersonic missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro.

And all the losers and so-called journalists who work in the Western world’s brainless mainstream media refuse to admit that the Oreshnik is as fast a missile as it’s claimed.

Even though the Ukrainian military tracked the missile at Mach-10, media outlets like Forbes, AP and Reuters say “the Ukrainian media claim (implying they could be wrong) the Oreshnik travelled at Mach-10.”

Even the pro-New World Order Wikipedia (who always use negative sounding and pejorative sounding adjectives and nouns about any individual opposed to the New World Order) say that the Ukrainian military only claim the Oreshnik travelled at Mach-10.

Their last words will probably still be “The Oreshnik is not that good” as their offices are suddenly vapourized into non-existence by a striking Oreshnik missile.

      2. You’re not wrong there. Additionally, journalists just feed into the wildfire of misinformation, minimising facts to publicise their own agenda; source unknown. Aircrafts being targeted and shot down as recently as on Christmas Day, makes it quite evident the uncertain times we’re in.
One word: preparation. That’s all you can do.

Thankyouu so much for sharing your perspective🙏

  3. There are a lot of people in the US prepping for tough times. The Bible does tell us that there will be some rough times ahead but we don’t know when. It is always wise to have some extra on hand. Other than that, I am not storing up for some huge catastrophe.

    1. I’ve noticed this too, in England. Many have heightened awareness of the hardships that may be in store so they’re prioritising rainy days ahead, whether that be evident financially and/or stockpiling essentials rather than buying a ticket for a luxury cruise for example. Spontaneity seems like a somewhat naive trait, sadly in 2024. Always wise to use the bible as guidance and hope🙏🤍.

Thankyou for sharing your wise words, Valerie! Sending you and your loved ones many blessings🤍🤍🤍

  4. We should be worried my friend. Trump is unfriended our neighbors and China took away 390 billion contract from the USA farmers. Russia is threating to use nuclear weapon. Germany, France, Norway and Great Britain ready to begin WW3. Trump isn’t President yet. I am not angry at Trump. He said he would do all the things he said he would do. Hard days are coming. I told my family. Don’t spend money on Christmas. We may need next year to survive. I live in Michigan. We depend on Canada. Factories depend on China and Canada. Our fruits comes from Mexica and Central America. 10 million people will be deported. Dear friend. New world is coming for us. Look at his cabinet. Unskilled and dangerous people. I recommend. Save money or move to Iceland.

    1. We should all be preparing for times ahead – the cold, shocking reality is being kept under wraps; damage control. We’re living day-to-day as though we’re not facing war when in reality and indeed most recently, a NATO chief is warning that Europe must adopt a ‘wartime mindset’. How much longer will they suppress what should be public knowledge?

Thankyouu for sharing such informative information, John🙏🤍.
      Hope and preparation🙏

      1. I am praying for better days. But the USA wanted Trump. They deserve what they get. He is just doing what he said he would do. You are welcome my friend.
