Merry Christmas to all!

I’m still recovering from a turkey hangover, how about you?

The official day for the all important Crimbo has been and unfortunately gone but this is the time where we stay in our jim jams and drag it out for all it’s worth, with the radio times magazine glued onto my lap with old sticky cranberry sauce as the accidental adhesive. Don’t get me started on streaming platforms this time of year, I don’t want to have the choice in what to watch where’s the fun in that? Let the live aerial television dictate when I dash to make a cuppa tea; the pause button should be nonexistent this time of year.

Shortly after eating my bodyweight in a mountain of food…

Spending Christmas with loved ones is the most heartwarming part of Christmas. Not only that, but remembering ones we’ve lost and reflecting on the past year; reminding us to stay present, thankful and gracious for everything the holidays consists of, especially the component we tend to take for granted – company.

Does unwrapping gifts, decorating the tree and creating the Christmas dinner spread mean anything without the companionship of spending it with company, whether that’s your friends, family or support system?

We all like to feel special, thought of and checked upon, all of which doesn’t cost a penny.

So whilst you’re tucking into festive delights, giving your loved ones a quick bell or fleeting visit can make not only their day but their holidays❤️.

Merry Christmas and have a happy new year to you and all those around you. How did you celebrate your Christmas? How’re your holidays going? Comment below!

  1. I want to inform all of you that God is still blessing me with His Precious Breath of Life each day of the week. Although I only received one gift from a close friend from my Church. My family members and friends are doing very well for ourselves. Christmas is a celebration of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was born on this day to bring joy, peace, and harmony for all of us. He has also made the ultimate sacrifice, Christ died for all of our sins . He is the reason for the season. God Bless All of You!! Happy Kwanzee and Happy 2024 to all of us.
