Gold and Black Makeup Tutorial!

You asked, so you shall receive. My first tutorial!

I hope this video helps show how I do my makeup (I don’t wear heavy glitter everyday), but when I do, I go all out! I’ve made this eye look as easy as possible but I can assure you it packs a punch! And photographs amazingly well!

One final tip, in this video my ring light kept switching off and not turning back on for a while, so it slightly put me off how I’d usually do a look like this. So if you follow this tutorial, just apply a gold eyeshadow before the glitter (the NARS palette down below has a great one). I don’t even know how I forgot! But that small step makes a difference, trust me. I don’t use false lashes as I don’t think they suit me but for this look, popping a pair on will intensify the look even more! This eyeshadow look goes with any coloured lipstick… I’ll show you in the next video!

    1. Aww thankyouu so much! Glitter is very high maintenance I’m not even gonna lie😂 but with glitter glue it really does adhere to the eyelid, which equals no mess! Ooh okay I’ll keep that in mind for future tutorials!😃 Smokey eyes can seem stressful but a step by step process, really takes the pressure out, and seamlessly the colours blend together without it looking like you’ve had a fight with an eyeshadow palette!😂 (I’m sure yours don’t look like that!). I’ll keep a mental note of smokey eyes too!😁
      Thankyouu so much Stacy Anne!🤗😃

    1. Thankyouu so much! You’re so right, black eyeshadow can ruin the look, especially when the pigment falls down your face and you’ve already done the rest of your makeup! 😩Slow and steady always wins the race that’s why I try and tap off as much excess black as I can, then blow on the brush, then finally apply it to the eyelid. As sometimes then you pick up black/any dark eyeshadow with a brush, it can just leave a huge amount of fallout and just incomplete the look! I hope this helps too and so glad you enjoyed this post!🤗🤗😃
