Monday can feel dull, busy and a premature forced sedative, compelling you back into the recurrent rat race. The squeaky hamster wheel you’re glued to. Like you left your sparkle, energy and zing from the weekend before. Is life trying to usurp every last drop you have?
No. Snap yourself out of it! Remember, if you believe in God, recount this phrase, “God won’t give you more than you can handle.”. We tend to take on the world’s problems, burden reaches boiling point and everyone feels like the opposition. You know who you are, don’t succumb to the emotional and psychical toll we undoubtedly project upon ourselves; pre-made by others.
Keep negative Nancy’s at the door. Whether that be your boss, friend, partner or relative, prioritise you. Practice a healthy mental safe haven, you’ll then realise that you’ll successfully complete your Monday, without added stresses either brought on by others or yourself. The only person that can reinforce this unbalanced metaphorical hierarchy is you.
Categorise your life, don’t let your life categorise you.
Reset.
After all, it’s just another manic Monday!
Warpaint optional, never mandatory.

Just the simple act of gratitude that we have a Monday, we have a job and life is good is helpful. Have a lovely Monday 🙂

Precisely, be thankful for the fortunes that come our way! Glass half-full, always!😃🤍

Manic Monday.
Its melody helps one get through Mondays.

The Bangles made such good songs, timeless! This and ‘Rainy days and Mondays’ by The Carpenters but that’s slightly more blue🤔😃🤍

The idea that readers should “categorize their life” and not let life categorize them is a strong call to action. It empowers readers to take control of their circumstances and make deliberate choices.👌👍🌷

Aww thankyouu, I’m happy to hear you enjoyed this post, in particular that phrase! We seem to get stressed when life gets on top of us, when realistically if we take a breather, the realisation hits that we have much more control than we realise, exercising that helps in so many aspects of our lives!
Thankyouu again, Johnbritto!! I hope you’ve had a lovely Monday😃🤍

I’m an outlier in that I actually don’t mind Mondays. I think Tuesdays are more hectic, because by then everyone is back in the swing of things. Monday they are usually sluggish and too busy trying to find their way around to bug anyone else lol

I wish I thought this haha! Tuesdays are far easier than Monday’s as the bandaid’s already been ripped off haha! The chain of events had already begun! Maybe the whole mon-fri is downcast😂🤔. Monday is most definitely a mixture of sluggish and catching up on the backlog!😂😃🤍

I used to hate when that song would come on the radio on Mondays and I was driving to work lol… now I try to just sing out the chorus and don’t let it bother me 🙂 Good post thanks

Haha it has a catchy hook I can’t lie which on the off day, can have you reaching for the off button! Haha I’m glad you can now acknowledge the chorus by even joining in. The verses may take more time to like/tolerate/possibly even hum to?🤣🥲
Hehe I hope you’re having a lovely Monday!😊 And happy to hear you enjoyed this post!😃🤗🤍
